Jerry brings more than four decades of experience improving operations and delivering complex projects in Canada, the United States, Japan and internationally.
During 20 years with Accenture, he held senior executive and client leadership roles and served as a director of Accenture Canada. Among other roles, he led a global consulting business unit representing approximately $1 billion in annual revenue and more than 7,000 professionals across multiple countries, advising executives and leading business transformation and technology programs.

Over approximately 19 years as an entrepreneur, Jerry founded five businesses in consulting, project management, renovation and property management, industrial equipment manufacturing and community solar energy. He sold two businesses and continues to operate a consulting and project management business, with hands-on experience in financing, sales, hiring, payroll, operations and regulatory risk.
Jerry developed and taught the comprehensive Camosun College’s “Become a Small Business Owner” course. His work was featured in Douglas magazine in the August/September 2026 issue.
His community service includes two years as a Victoria Police Department Crime Watch volunteer. He served as a director and Chair of the Institute for Work & Health and held leadership positions on four condominium and strata councils, contributing approximately 15 years of governance experience involving budgets, contracts, building maintenance, compliance and building projects.
A Greater Victoria resident since 2018 and downtown resident since 2021, Jerry is running to bring disciplined planning, execution, leadership and accountability to City Hall and the CRD. His priorities are a stronger local economy, safe public spaces, faster housing without lowering standards, pathways out of homelessness, strong neighbourhoods and effective local government.
